A 4-week experience designed so you can feel the difference for yourself.

10 or 20 class credits to use across 4 weeks, your choice!

Bed Pilates has to be the best studio I have ever attended. Jemma and Dan have done an amazing job setting up an incredible space which is clean, calm with plenty of beds so you don’t miss out. The instructors are all amazing, they are experienced, nurturing, beyond friendly and so helpful. My cup is full every time I leave the studio. Do yourself a favour and become a bedhead.
