A quick note from us
We’re Jemma and Dan, a local husband-and-wife team who wanted to create a space that felt as good to be in as it felt to move in.
We’ve always loved places that feel familiar and human. Like your favourite local café, where the music’s good, the energy’s warm, and someone knows your name. Where you’re welcomed, supported, and genuinely glad you showed up.
That’s the feeling we wanted to bring into Pilates.
A place that takes movement seriously, without taking itself too seriously.
A place that cheers you on, keeps you consistent, and supports you for the long run.
A place that feels like a bright, grounding part of your week.
We built Bed for the life we want to live — and for the people who want to live theirs fully too.
We’re really glad you’re here and can’t wait to see you in the studio.

Why we exist
Bed was created from a simple belief:
Life feels better when your body keeps up.
We don’t think movement should be about punishment, proving something, or burning yourself into the ground.
We think it should make your life bigger, easier, and more enjoyable; not just now, but for the long run.
Bed exists to build mobile, strong, confident bodies that let people TUCK INTO LIFE — for life.
Not just in the studio.
But out there, where life actually happens.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe movement should support the life you want to live; and make life easier to say yes to.
It’s being able to paddle out for a surf and trust your shoulders.
To chase your kids or your dog down the beach and still feel good the next day.
To carry the bags, or the pram without hesitation.
It’s snowboarding all day, then waking up ready to move again.
Walking up the stairs to the lookout on a holiday and enjoying the view and not just recovering from the climb.
Sitting long over a great meal somewhere new, then standing up and continuing on without stiffness calling the shots.
It’s the quiet confidence of knowing your body will show up when life asks something of it.
We don’t believe in training for a single moment, a season, or a short-term goal.
We believe in building bodies that stay capable year after year, so you don’t have to overthink whether you’ll be able to do the things you love… you just do them.
That’s what we mean when we say TUCK INTO LIFE.
