Week 1 — Introduction to the Reformer

We'll introduce you to the reformer from the ground up, how it works, how to adjust it safely, and how to move confidently around the equipment. You'll learn key Pilates principles and foundational movements in a calm, supportive environment.

Week 2 — Building Confidence & Control

We revisit familiar exercises while layering in more movement. You'll continue refining your setup, alignment, and control as strength, coordination, and body awareness begin to build.

Week 3 — Progressing the Movement

Foundational exercises return with added challenge. We'll begin linking movements into short sequences, introduce supported standing reformer work, and explore how Pilates movements connect together.

Week 4 — Flow, Strength & Moving Forward

In our final week, everything starts to come together. You'll move through longer flows with greater confidence, build full-body strength and endurance, and deepen your understanding of the foundations. We'll answer any remaining questions and ensure you feel comfortable and ready to step into regular classes at Bed.
