That’s why we’ve said goodbye to disconnected, day-to-day programming and introduced something better: 6-week training blocks. Why? because we wanted to do more for our members! Each block is designed for progress, repetition, and results — giving your body time to learn, adapt, and feel stronger week after week.
Because when you’re working towards a goal (no matter the size), you feel it — in your body, your motivation, and your community.
We’ve worked closely with our mentors to design each block with intention — blending functional movement, classical Pilates, and real-life performance so you’re not just showing up, you’re moving forward.
The Bed Method: Structure That Serves You
Within each 6-week block, we follow 6 weekly themes — each with its own training focus and intention.
Inside every week, there are 7 micro-themes — one for each day — that bring variety, balance, and flow to your training.
You’ll notice familiar exercises programmed in fresh ways, giving you the perfect mix of repetition and challenge.
This means you get time to refine your technique, build strength, and actually feel your progress — without losing the excitement of something new each day.
From member feedback, this structure has been incredibly well-received — helping our Bedheads feel more confident, consistent, and strong in their movement.
The micro-themes keep every week dynamic while always circling back to the main focus — ensuring each class feels connected, purposeful, and part of a bigger plan.

Our program is created alongside extremely experienced mentors within the Pilates industry and thoughtfully put together by Lily (Head Trainer) and Jemma (Founder + Trainer).
Every class is built with purpose — balancing structure, flow, and progression to make sure each session counts. You’ll experience challenge, support, and genuine results — the kind that last longer than a playlist or passing trend.
And while we love good music, you won’t find us yelling over it. We guide, observe, and coach — so you can move safely, confidently, and powerfully through every rep.
